    The Committee on Economic Development moved to amend the bill

on page four, section twenty-a, line fifteen, after the word “section.” by adding the following: For purposes of this section, the terms “corporation” and “corporations” refer solely to a corporation designated by resolution of the county commission of the county as the lead entity for economic development activities for the purpose of encouraging economic development in the county.;

    And,

    On page nine, section twenty-a, line twelve, after the word “authority” by inserting the words “or corporation”.
